Worldreader/American Giving Awards 2012

As a member of Smiley360 I have a great opportunity to sample products at no cost to me. One of the missions they sent was to vote for Worldreader  in the American Giving Awards. The voting may have closed. But be sure to watch the Awards show tomorrow, December 8th on NBC at 8/7C.
"Worldreader is a US and European non-profit whose mission is to make digital books available to children in the developing world, so millions of people can improeve their lives. As of October 2012 [they've] put over 229,000 e-books - and the life-changing, power-creating ideas contained within them - into the hands of 1,000 children in sub-Saharan Africa. Those children now read more, read better, and are improving their communities."

The American Giving Awards is a celebrity tribute to community heroes—25 grant recipients from previous Chase Community Giving programs have been selected to participate in this star-studded event.
